- 60 ml Benham’s gin*
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 10 ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 10 ml unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 10 ml White Rose syrup
- 2 dashes of Bitter Truth “Tonic” bitters
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a cold coupe glass. Garnish with the nearest edible spring flower you can find!
*Benham’s, vapor-distilled in Graton, also makes vodka, which is a lovely, if less fragrant, substitution for the gin.
