Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka, preferably Hanson’s
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce honey syrup (recipe following)
- 2 droppers Garden Party Bitters
- 1 ounces brut sparkling wine
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a shaker (except sparkling wine). Add ice. Shake and strain into a
champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist and mint sprig.
Honey Syrup
Simmer 1 cup honey and 1 cup water over low heat for 20 minutes.
Let cool before using.
