Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz New Alchemy Arborist Gin
  • ½ oz St. George Terroir Gin
  • ½ oz Momandpop Grapefruit Aperitif
  • 1/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
  • ¼ oz pomegranate grenadine
  • 1 dash grapefruit bitters
  • 3 ozs chilled Fever Tree Light Tonic Water
  • Grapefruit wheel, for garnish
  • Pineapple sage leaf, for garnish
  • Edible flowers, for garnish

Instructions

Using a Boston shaker, add the Arborist gin, Terroir gin, grapefruit aperitif, lime juice, grapefruit juice, pomegranate grenadine, and grenadine bitters to the shorter mixing tin. Fill with ice, seal it up, shake a few times, and unseal leaving the mixture in the larger half of the shaker. Add the tonic water to the mixture, swirl it around, then dump it into a bodega glass.  Garnish with a grapefruit wheel, pineapple sage leaf, and edible flowers. Makes 1 drink.
