Homeward Bound Community Teaching Kitchen: Beer and Cheese Pairing with Chef Andy Wild

Aged cheddar and a rich IPA? Stilton and stout? Beer and cheese are both known for a wide range of flavor profiles, from creamy and rich to complex and bold. Enjoy an evening tasting a variety of beers and cheeses. Learn how to perfectly compliment (or contrast) your favorite brew with a delicious cheese.  End the evening noshing on freshly baked pretzels and Bavarian cheese spread with glug of great beer.

About the instructor: Chef Andy has worked in operations ranging from a brewing company to the French Laundry, along with teaching  workshops on beer and food pairing around California. He now leads our Fresh Starts Culinary Academy as Chef Instructor.
