Lunar New Year Celebration
In commemoration of the Year of the Fire Horse, Under-Study will be hosting two Lunar New Year pop-up dinners. Inspired by the family meals that Culinary Events Manager Haley Wong has become known for at PRESS Restaurant, this pop-up brings Haley’s heritage to the table. Each dish reflects the food she grew up with, shaped by her Bay Area upbringing, her mother’s Shanghai roots, and her father’s Hong Kong influence. Following these dinners, on Saturday, March 7th, Haley will also be leading a dumpling making class in Under-Study’s teaching kitchen.
