With years of experience transforming farm-fresh ingredients into culinary treasures, Merrilee will share her expert techniques and secrets for creating marmalade with the perfect balance of sweet and tangy brightness. In this immersive 3-hour class held in our rustic apple cottage, you’ll work with Gold Ridge Organic Farms organic Meyer lemons, learning traditional preservation methods in a relaxed, hands-on setting.
You’ll leave with your own jar of handcrafted Meyer Lemon Marmalade, a keepsake apple blossom pink apron, and a bag of organic Meyer Lemons from our farm so you can practice your new skills at home.
