Olive Oil Challah Demo with Stephanie Rosenbaum Klassen at Gold Ridge Organic Farms
Learn to mix, knead, braid, and bake olive oil challah. Stephanie Rosenbaum Klassen will demonstrate her version of this rich, soft egg bread made with our estate-grown olive oil and local honey—perfect for any celebration. We’ll also include a recipe (and taste) of Challah French Toast with Apple Cider Syrup.
The experience begins with a leisurely walk through our orchard to the Apple Cottage, where the demo takes place surrounded by the beauty of the farm. Afterward, guests will ride back to the Farm Shop aboard our beloved apple-themed trolley.
Stephanie Rosenbaum Klassen is Gold Ridge Organic Farms’ Farm Shop lead, bringing years of experience as a cookbook author, teacher, and food writer. Her acclaimed books include A Little Taste of San Francisco, World of Doughnuts, and Honey from Flower to Table.
