The Next Table: Honoring Chef Charles Phan

On Thursday, February 19th, The Slanted Door Napa will be hosting the first of three collaborative dinners commemorating the first anniversary of the passing of founder and legendary Chef Charles Phan. Chefs Dong Choi (The Slanted Door), JBF Award semifinalist Darryl Bell (Stateline Road Smokehouse), and Bocuse d’Or medalist Chef Philip Tessier (PRESS) will be cooking and presenting together in real time at each of their respective restaurants, with an evolving nightly menu reflecting the chefs’ ongoing dialogue and individual interpretations of Chef Phan’s culinary philosophy.
