Geoff Charpied, bar manager at Angèle Restaurant and Bar in downtown Napa, says that their Grapefruit & Guava cocktail was “originally designed for a Chūhai style bevy (a Japanese highball typically made with shōchū, soda water and fruit), but this iteration showcases Mommenpops’ versatility as a “fun, tropically bitter spritz.”

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces Mommenpop Grapefruit
  • ½ ounce guava purée
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • Premium tonic water
  • Dehydrated grapefruit slice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine the Mommenpop grapefruit, guava purée and lime juice in a large wine glass with ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with the grapefruit slice.
