MommenpopGeoff Charpied, bar manager at Angèle Restaurant and Bar in downtown Napa, says that their Grapefruit & Guava cocktail was “originally designed for a Chūhai style bevy (a Japanese highball typically made with shōchū, soda water and fruit), but this iteration showcases Mommenpops’ versatility as a “fun, tropically bitter spritz.”

Ingredients
- 3 ounces Mommenpop Grapefruit
- ½ ounce guava purée
- ½ ounce fresh lime juice
- Premium tonic water
- Dehydrated grapefruit slice for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the Mommenpop grapefruit, guava purée and lime juice in a large wine glass with ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with the grapefruit slice.
