
Sauteed Spinach
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cups fresh organic spinach leaves, chopped (or whole baby spinach leaves)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach to the skillet and cover; allow to cook for 3 minutes. Stir, cover again for another 2-3 minutes, then remove the spinach from the pan onto a plate
