Ingredients
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Leaves from a few sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
Place all ingredients except the oil into a blender (or a jar with tight-fitting lid). With blender running, slowly add oil until fully incorporated. If using a jar, add all ingredients at one time and shake until fully incorporated.
