Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Ohlena turmeric spirit
- ½ oz vodka
- 1 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz turmeric/beet shrub
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 3 oz chilled soda water
- Pickled beet slices, for garnish
- Lemon balm, for garnish
- Edible flowers, for garnish
Instructions
Using a Boston shaker, add the turmeric spirit, vodka, lime juice, shrub, and bitters to the shorter mixing tin. Fill with ice, seal it up, shake a few times, and unseal leaving the mixture in the larger half of the shaker. Add the soda to the mixture, swirl it around, then dump it into a bodega glass. Garnish with pickled beets, lemon balm, and edible flowers. Makes 1 drink.
