Ingredients
SERVINGS: 2 Cookies
- 3 ounces silver tequila
- 1 ounce Dolan Blanc vermouth
- 1½ ounces passion fruit syrup (I prefer Liber & Co. brand)
- 1½ ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 ounces unflavored seltzer water
- 2 fresh bay laurel leaves for garnish (optional)
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, vermouth, passion fruit syrup and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice then firmly close and shake vigorously. Strain into 2 ice-filled cocktail glasses. Top each drink with seltzer and garnish with a bay laurel leaf to serve.
