Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 1½ ounces New Alchemy Distilling Arborist Gin
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce Snap Pea–Tarragon Syrup (see recipe in this story)
- ¼ ounce Carpano Dry Vermouth
- Pea blossoms and/or sprig of fresh tarragon, to garnish
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except garnish in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then double strain (pour through a fine-mesh strainer) into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with pea blossoms and/or tarragon.
