Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 60 ml Benham’s gin*
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml fresh lime juice
  • 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
  • 10 ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 10 ml unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • 10 ml White Rose syrup
  • 2 dashes of Bitter Truth “Tonic” bitters

Preparation

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a cold coupe glass. Garnish with the nearest edible spring flower you can find!

*Benham’s, vapor-distilled in Graton, also makes vodka, which is a lovely, if less fragrant, substitution for the gin.
